Due to the Coronavirus we are changing the way we work in our practice.
The new more efficient way to communicate with us is with askmyGP, so please help us to help you.
Available 24/7 - we respond in working hours, we can usually get back to you within the hour, and will see you same day if needed.
All our registered patients are welcome, parents, carers on behalf of patients too.
You can name a Clinician providing that they are working on that particular day. You may prefer a telephone, email or face to face response.
*****ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR REQUEST PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR YOUR RESPONSE DIRECTLY FROM THE CLINICIAN, THIS IS USUALLY WITHIN THE HOUR WITH DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT TIMES*****
You are asked to select your preference of Clinician that you wish to communicate with and how you would prefer to be contacted i.e email, telephone. However this is used as a preference only. There may be safety, clinical, continuity of care, training, capacity or operational reasons why a different Clinician or different communication is used.
Patients are dealt with much quicker with the new system, frequently within an hour or at very specific times requested by patients. We thank you for your cooperation and patience during this time.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
