Due to the Coronavirus we are changing the way we work in our practice.

The new more efficient way to communicate with us is with askmyGP, so please help us to help you.

Available 24/7 - we respond in working hours, we will review your request within 4 hours and provide a response on the same day.

All our registered patients are welcome, parents, carers on behalf of patients too.

You can name a Clinician providing that they are working on that particular day.  You may prefer a telephone, email or face to face response.

You are asked to select your preference of Clinician that you wish to communicate with and how you would prefer to be contacted i.e email, telephone.  However this is used as a preference only.  There may be safety, clinical, continuity of care, training, capacity or operational reasons why a different Clinician or different communication is used.

Patients are dealt with much quicker with the new system, frequently within 4 hours or at specific times requested by patients.  We thank you for your cooperation and patience during this time.

Welcome to Marus Bridge Practice

We aim to give our patients an excellent service and would welcome any suggestions you may have to help us achieve our aims.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
