Sam Lacey

Sam LaceyAdvanced Nurse Practitioner

Sam is a highly experienced registered nurse with a nurse prescribing qualification.  She undertakes all chronic disease management reviews and has specialist experience in COPD, Asthma, IHD and Diabetes. 

She takes a lead on smear taking in the practice, immunises babies in the baby clinic and is available for general health advice regarding diet and smoking cessation. 

Additionally she gives family planning advice and depo-provera injections.  She is also involved in the training of medical students and junior Doctors in the practice and is Nurse Lead and has recently qualified as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Charlotte Cusick

Charlotte CusickCharlotte is a registered general nurse with a background in emergency care and district nursing. Charlotte carries out chronic disease management for diabetes, COPD, asthma, ischaemic heart disease and cervical screening amongst other various health screening.

She runs the weekly baby clinic, gives travel advice and vaccinations and various other injections including Prostrap, Zoladex, B12, and Depo Provera injections and offers family planning advice.

She has recently become our learning disability lead nurse and has a diploma in Ear Care.

Angela Foster

Angela FosterAngela is trained to support the nursing team. She is not a registered general nurse but has specific skills and training which enable her to carry out tasks such as routine blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring and spirometry.

She also supports the team in other ways such as administration and monitoring of equipment.
